We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
Sweet Crunchy Tanghulu prepares food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to: gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and fruits. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for people with severe allergies. Customers with food allergies should be aware of this risk and make their own decisions regarding consumption of our products.
Booking and Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure catering services. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not receive a refund.
Weather Policy: For outdoor events, in case of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule or relocate the service. If rescheduling is not possible, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment options at our food truck locations.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our food products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Sweet Crunchy Tanghulu reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We do so by posting modified terms on this website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
